Once you have purchased your holiday home, you immediately become part of the relaxed and friendly community at Parc Mayenne.
To ensure the peace and tranquility is maintained, sub-letting or any business activites are not permitted. Family members are welcome to use your home with prior notice. As the Parc is a quiet and tranquil place, older children and teenagers may not find it suitable.
The Parc is open all year so you are free to use your holiday home as often as you wish. Social evenings in the bar are a great way to meet other homeowners. Many also attend some of the local 'fetes' and social events.
Days can be spent relaxing by the pool or on your terrace, walking, fishing in the River Mayenne, cycling or watching the varied wildlife such as Hoopoe, buzzards, Kingfishers, red squirrels and deer. Alternatively, a short drive from the Parc, there are many historic towns and pretty villages waiting to be explored.
Parc Mayenne is an ideal base for exploring deeper into wonderful France, there is so much see and do. Paris on the train, Brittany and Normandy coasts, the beautiful Chateau's of the Loire Valley to name just a few.
Homeowners are encouraged to create their own gardens and Parc management offer a full maintenance and handyman service to keep your home and plot looking good.
